GAS DENSITY controllers

Gas density controllers function mechanically. Even at climate-related temperature fluctuations of over 135°C, they provide precise measurement results and function reliably, fully maintenance-free.

Operating principle:

The density of the sample gas is compared via a bellows system (1,2,4) with the gas density in a reference gas chamber (3). If the density of the sample gas alters, the bellows system (1,2,4) actuates one or more micro switches (5). In addition, an optional trend indicator can be used to provide visual control. Gas density controllers work without electrical energy and therefore need no electricity supply.
