GAS DENSITY CONTROLLERS
Trafag Gas density controllers measure the density of SF6 gas (sulphur hexafluoride gas) directly, and not via a temperature-compensated manometer. They are equipped with high-performance micro switches and do not need any electrical energy supply.

Measurement principle
Gastight, mechanical sensor with comparison measurement of reference gas, independent of temperature. These sensors enable accurate isochore switching.

A wide range of different flange connections is available. In many cases, customized connections can be made.
Switchpoint setting
Factory-calibrated. The equipment can be supplied with a calibration certificate on request.
Micro switch
Up to four galvanically isolated micro switches can be controlled in order to trigger different alarm signals. The micro switches function bounce-free.
Electrical connections
All gas density controllers are equipped with clamp connection.
