TEMPERATURE TRANSMITTER

The temperature transmitters from Trafag function with electronically driven measurement and analysis. Normally, sensors are connected which work on the principle of resistance measurement. These alter their electrical resistance depending upon the measured temperature.

Types of resistance thermometers:

• T100 (100 Ohms at 0°)
• PT1000 (1000 Ohms at 0°)

With the aid of an amplifier, the resistance measurement is amplified and transformed into a standardized output signal.
